HOW I'M GOING TO CHANGE ME, INSIDE TO OUTSIDE

One way to change my thinking is to concentrate on a daily basis on positive thoughts. Here are some of those for me to memorize...to recite to myself...and to learn to believe.

CHANGE MY THINKING


I love the body that God gave me
I am grateful for the body that God gave me
I want to glorify God with this body and in this body
I want this body to be God’s temple
I want to TREAT my body like I love it and am grateful for it
I want my body to continue to serve me until God calls me home
I may need this body for many more years! I want it to be able to
serve me WELL.
I DON’T want to abuse my body
I DON’T want to take my body for granted any more
I like healthy food
Healthy food nourishes my body, like the Word nourishes my soul
     and art nourishes my spirit
I feel so much better when I’m eating and drinking healthy
Healthy food will change my life
Healthy food just tastes better
Healthy food will also help my brain to function better
I’m not going to think about “cheating” any more
Junk food is poison to my body
Exercise is good for my body
Exercise can be fun
Exercise helps my body stay healthy and strong and mobile
I want to stay mobile and flexible as I grow older
I CAN be healthy and take good care of the house for my soul
I don’t need hypnosis to change my thinking.
I need God and Jesus to change my thinking, I need scripture


If I change my thinking, I change my habits
