homemade cereal: 1/2 c oatmeal, 1/2 c grapenuts (yes, gluten....starting tomorrow), 1/8 c coconut flakes, one packet stevia, 10-12 whole almonds, 3/4 c coconut milk
1 leftover "roast" potato with butter
1/4 c leftover cooked carrots
1/2 serving of allowed potato chips
