iced coffee
new cereal, same way
2 c salad with light ranch dressing
1 1/2 c leftover stirfry with white rice
12 ripe cherries
1 serving chips
1/4 c light onion dip
chicken cordon bleu casserole (Steph found on Pinterest)
1 cup white rice
1 cup salad

water: 32 oz
exercise: ride to and from work, 10 min., walking around at work, standing most of the time
